Enclosed are 4 partial sets of updated A&E drawings, wet signed for the new
Patio on the East side of the Building, noted as revision 3. 1 have included
another set of structural calculations incase you need them. The structural work
is the new wall -foundation and concrete block wall that is essentially the same -as
the design for the foundations and walls on.the North entry side.
I submitted a preliminary design to Stan Sawa at planning. After reviewing the
proposal, he indicated we did not need to go through a full review, but it would be
administrative. Anyway, could you please forward a copy to him.
Please let me know if,you need additional, information via phone. We are trying
to proceed with the footing work.
