Scope of Work
1. Furnish and install (1) surface mounted receptacle, and dedicated 120 volt, 20 amp, wine room climate
controlled air chiller.
2. Furnish and install conduit, wiring, and junction boxes for custom built customer furnished chandeliers,
installed at the new outside patio area.
3. _Furnish electrical connection to the existing lighting switch for the control of the (3) new chandeliers.
4: Furnish and install (1) new 1,000 watt dimmer switch, to upgrade switch in Item #3 above.
5. Furnish the repairs of the existing damaged fountain and landscape underground conduits at the new
outside patio area.
6. Furnish and install (1) fixture ceiling fan circuit, and the installation of customer furnished fan control
switches.
7. Furnish power up and system testing.
For the sum of. $2,320.00
