On behalf of La Quinta Arts Foundation, a request is hereby made
for a waiver from the applicable regulations and/or ordinances
pertaining to the septic tank located at the above referenced
property which apparently does not meet today's standards
relative to capacity.
In consideration of the granting of the waiver, La Quinta Arts
Foundation agrees to the following:
(1) Because the tank does not meet present size
requirements, should we encounter any problems
the tank will be pumped and/or otherwise repaired
as soon as practicable; and
(2) As soon as the sewer lines are extended west on Ave.
La Fonda to the property, we will tie into the
system and pay our appropriate pro rata share for
such hook-up.
Thank you for your attention to this request which we trust will
result in our early occupancy of the building on said property
without additional high costs.
