I recently visited the noted site to perform California Building Code mandated structural construction observations prior to final framing inspection and wrapping the structure. During my observations I observed that the framing, foundation and foundation/framing interface appeared to be in substantial conformance with the structural design intent of the record structural construction documents as evidenced in the record drawings.
