Regarding: Structural Construction Observation and Certification
To Whom It May Concern,
I am a licensed Architect in the State of California and the structural designer of record for the noted project.
I recently visited the noted site to perform California Building Code mandated structural construction
observations prior to final framing inspection and wrapping the structure. During my observations I observed
that the framing, foundation and foundation/framing interface appeared to be in substantial conformance with
the structural design intent of the record structural construction documents as evidenced in the record
drawings. The structure is now ready for the City's final framing and wrapping inspection.
