JEFFERSON SQUARE MONUMENT SIGNS
Dear Mr. Murdock:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for two permanent monument
signs for the Jefferson Square commercial center located at on the SW corner of Fred Waring Dr.
and Jefferson St., as shown in the attached exhibit. The approval is subject to the following
conditions:
1. The permanent monument signs shall not be located within five feet of a street right-of-
way nor within a corner cutoff area identified in Section 9.100.030D.
2. If required, a building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department
prior to installation of the sign.
3. The "ULTRASIGNS" logo located on the side of the monument as shown on Page 2 of 6
shall not be a part of the finished product.
4. All sign letters, sign size and location shall conform to the approved Sign Program for
Jefferson Square.
I have enclosed three stamped approved copies of the plans. Two are for your submittal to the
Building & Safety Department and the other is for your records.
