CAPSTONE FITNESS
Dear Mr. Sigurdsen:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for one
permanent building -mounted internally -illuminated channel letter sign on the south building
elevation of Capstone Fitness, located- at 44025 Jefferson Street, Suite 101. This approval is
subject to the following conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one internally -illuminated building identification sign. The total square
footage for the sign shall be no greater than 6.5 square feet.
The materials for the sign are per the approved plans on file with the Community Development
Department. Sign illumination as LED shall be consistent with the lumen output for 30 milliamp
neon as specified in the approved sign program for the Jefferson Square commercial center.
2. A building permit (sign electrical) shall be obtained prior to any work on the sign being started.
3. The sign shall conform to the approved sign program for Jefferson Square. Pursuant to those
provisions, the sign shall be turned off between 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. or within one hour of
close of business, whichever is earlier.
