The Architectural Committee has reviewed and approved your resubmitted
architectural application to install a pool; remove concrete and install pavers,
add a fountain, Aluma wood patio cover in the approved color, benches and
remove a tree.
Please be advised once again the gate at the end of the cul de sac is private
and not available for your use. I understand from a board member that you
approached the homeowner even after I explained this to you on April 8th. The
homeowner denied your request and should not have been approached.
