1 am writing on. behalf of the Duna Gardens Homeowners Association Architectural Committee. The
Architectural Committee metand. reviewed your plan to construct the following at the above
referenced address:

2. An Alumawood Awning 12' X 31'.
3. A built-in Barbeque.,
The Committee approves the concept as submitted subject to the terms and conditions set forth in a
letter from KSL Desert Resorts, Inc. dated November 21, 2003 regarding the rear property set back
and any other approvals and permitting required. from the City of La. Quinta. Please contact Jamie
Ratliff, Community Association Manager for Duna Gardens HOA to advise Management of the City
of La Quinta permit number once City approval is received.
IMPORTANT
We would like to take this timE to bring to your attention our concerns regarding construction sites.
This will most certainly bring additional construction traffic and it is your responsibility to see that
contractors conduct themselves in a professional manner, i.e. cleaning up the job site at the end of
every day, parking legally, etc. I assure you that Security and homeowners will be reporting
violations and offenders can. be denied access to Duna La Quinta. Please provide all contractor
information to Security.
