including, but riot limited to irrigation lines, electrical, future water source, and plant material. At the Board's
discretion a deposit and or management processing fee may be required. It is further agreed that future
maintenance of the approved modifications and common areas, as may be required as a result of said
modifications will be at the expense of the applicant and their successors in interest. The applicant agrees to
hold harmless the association from any damages resulting from the approved modification.
