Dear Mr. Merten:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one permanent reverse -
channel lit building mounted sign for Keller Williams Realty, located within the La Quinta
Professional Plaza. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit is for one building -mounted reverse halo channel letter sign. The sign
materials and location are per approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. The Keller Williams Realty sign shall not exceed twenty five (25) square feet in area. No
other building mounted signs are permitted with this approval.
3. The sign letters, sign size and location shall conform to the approved Sign Program for
La Quinta Professional Plaza. (SA 2005-871).
4. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation
of the signs.
