The proposed riatural gas fire pit is approved and, per your request, you may select the final location of the fire pit, provided the dimensions of the fire pit do not change from the proposed fire pit depicted on the Updated Plans and the location otherwise complies with all applicable building and fire codes. 8. The drainage system for your patio is approved, as depicted on your Updated Plans. Weep holes are not allowed and may not be installed. 9. All common area irrigation lines that are relocated must be replaced in accordance with applicable law and industry standards. All landscaping that is removed must be replaced with the same number and type of plants. Replacement plants must be equal in size to the plants that were removed. 10. The proposed expansion must be constructed in accordance with all applicable building codes and the Patio Expansion Guidelines published by the Association.
