from you that detail the timelines associated with the permit process ie
1. Permit application dates for all matters associated with Centex development
Of the community on Eisenhower Drive known as Legacy Villas:
2.The execution of the permit process:
a. on your end, and
b. any delays in processing by Centex
c. the reason for any delays on either end, including but not limited to
1) dates of inspection
2) delays in inspection and reasons for those delays
3) correction andlor completion of follow-up inspections to clear
and process final issuance of permits
4) any delays in issuing follow-up permits
5) dates of issuance of final permits
PARTICULAR EMPHASIS IS SOUGHT IN THE AREA OF SHARED COMMUNITY
FACILITIES SUCH AS CLUBHOUSE, RESTAURANTS, GYMNASIUM AND POOLS.
