standard plans identified as Job No. GF07-0674 and containing my professional
engineers stamp and signature, comply with the roof live, snow, wind and seismic
loading requirements uteri in the 2006 International Building Code, 2006
International Residential Code, 2007 California Building Code, ASCE/SEI 7-05
(Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures) and the 2000 and 2005

Any patio cover or awning to be installed and attached to the home must be installed in such a manner that it

The size of the patio cover is limited to the size of the proposed patio slab.

Obtain necessary building permits from die city of La Quinta, meeting setback requirements per city code and
