The patio cover material must be Alumnawood or other similar wood like construction. Roofing materials shall
match the roof material of the dwelling or be open wood lattice

Any patio cover or awning to be installed and attached to the home must be installed in such a manner that it
does not compromise the integrity of the wager permeability of the home.
