Dear Sirs:
This is to inform you that the property described above has been deemed a
dangerous building for the following reasons:
1. BroKen windows.
2. Weeds on property constituting a fire hazard.
3'. Structure has become an attractive nuisance to children.
The structure has been posted as Unsafe To Occupy. The above defects must
be repaired within 21 days. If the necessary repairs are not completed
within this period the building will remain posted to prevent further
occupancy. The Building Official may then cause the worK to be done and
charge the costs thereof against the property or its owner.
Any person having any record title or legal interest in the property may
appeal from the notice and order or any action of the Building Official to
the Board of Appeals, provided the appeal is made in writing and filed
with the Building Official within 10 days from date of service of this
notice and order.
Failure to appeal will constitute a waiver of all rights to an
administrative hearing and determination of this matter.
