the provisions of the Contractor's License Law, Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 7000) of
Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code, or that. he is exempt therefrom, and the basis

subjects the applicant to a civil penalty of not more than rive hundred dollars ($500).

Gentlemen:
It has come to the attention of the City of La Quinta Department of
Building and Safety that your building permit #10138 for a swimming
pool located at 53-940 Avenida Diaz has expired.
According to the Uniform Building Code, Section 303(d), no further
work shall be performed on the above permitted job -site until a new
permit has been issued or an extension granted.
Should you wish an extension of this permit you must request, in
writing, for an extension within 14 days of the date. of- this
letter.
Once a permit has expired a new permit must be obtained prior to
any further work or inspections to take place. The fees for a new
permit would be as listed in Section 303(d).
