After recieving permits and beginning to commence work Mr. Frietas decided to cancel his contract due to not knowing if he would recover from surgery -which"was .recently per= formed on his,leg. Between extra expense and not thinking he would be able maintain a swimming pool he has definitely cancelled his contract with Swan Pools, Palm Springs.
