The construction generally conformed to the approved drawings. The following are items to be addressed: 1. Special inspection was not provided for 3000 psi concrete. A review of the calculation for this footing showed that 2500 psi concrete will suffice and special inspection is not required. 2. The drawings indicate a 6 x 6 post at F.A.U. closet, which could not be installed due to an attic vent at this location. The existing'framing condition appears to be adequate since this is a lightly loaded area. 3. The 6 x headers are offset due to an architectural requirement with an additional 2 - 2 x 12 installed at the inside face of the windows - this is acceptable.
