Homeowners' Association have reviewed the plans submitted for your
improvements. The committee is pleased to inform you that it has approved the
plans submitted under the following conditions:
+ Must leave 24" for mow strip abutting golf course.
r• Boulders must be 36" maximum Height & 48" maximum Width.
Must use precise grading plan to properly balance lot and maintain
drainage as designed. Pool contractor must inform construction manager
if grade is other than final before work commences.
