The Madison Club Design Review Committee (DRC) met on October 11, 2013 to discuss an email received from John Vuksic
on October 9, 2013.
As proposed the landscape will most likely require supplementary maintenance and more frequent plant replacement. As
stated previously, the DRC strongly recommends the plant material receive modification; however, the committee will note
these as courtesy comments at this time and allow the project to move forward.
The project is approved to start construction; however, a Pre -Construction Meeting must be held at the lot after a Building
Permit is obtained but prior to the commencement of construction.
