Dear Mr. Freemen:
Temporary Sales Office for Parc
Your request to establish a temporary sales office on Sagebrush
for Parc La Quinta is approved subject to the following
findings and conditions:
FINDINGS
1. The sales trailer is 10 X 42' and located at the edge of
the future Sagebrush right -of -way line by Lots 3 and 4 in
Phase 4.
2. No landscaping or parking lot pavement improvements will
be provided at this time. The trailer is self contained
with bottle water and a portable restroom facility.
3. The temporary sales office facility will be used for 60
to 90 days.
CONDITIONS
1. The sales trailer is approved for a maximum of 90 days
from the date of this letter. An extension of up to 60
days may be granted by the Planning and Development
Department.
2. Signage for this facility is not approved as part of this
Plot Plan application. Signage will have to be processed
through a sign application.
3. A building permit for the trailer and temporary power is
required. Please make application to the Building
Division when you are ready to locate the trailer on the
site.
