The complex shall conform with Exhibit Al through A14, unless modified by one of the following conditions. 2. Install a portable fire extinguisher not less than 2A10BC in rating in the sales office. 3. Submit a CVWD stamped approved copy of the landscaping /irrigation plans to this Department. 4. The temporary parking area must provide one handicapped parking space pursuant to the State of California Code Title 24, Section 2 -7102. The space shall be located in close proximity to the sales office. 5. The end parking spaces must be 11 feet in width rather than the 10 feet shown on the plan. 6. The covered patios must maintain a 10 -foot setback from the rear property line and five feet from the side yard. 7.
