SUBJECT: PLOT PLAN 89 -418; TEMPORARY TRAILER FOR
CONSTRUCTION OFFICE PURPOSES, THE PYRAMIDS PROJECT
Dear Mr. Curtis:
Your request to establish a temporary trailer for construction
office purposes on the Pyramids project site area, is approved
subject to the following findings and conditions:
FINDINGS:
1. The sales trailer is 12' X 42', and located on Lot 134
+45 feet south of Avenue 48 approximately one - quarter
mile east of Washington Street.
2. No landscaping or parking lot pavement improvements will
be provided at this time.
CONDITIONS:
1. The trailer for construction office purposes is approved
until such time construction activity is completed on the
site.
2. Signage for this facility is not approved as part of this
plot plan application. Signage will have to be processed
through a sign application.
3. A building permit for the trailer and temporary power is
required. Please make application to the Building
Division when you are ready to locate the trailer on the.
site.

4. The trailer must be self- contained with bottled water and
a portable restroom facility.
5. A fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A10BC must
be mounted by the exit door.
6. Permits will be required from the Fire Marshal for the
storage and /or dispersing of flammable /combustible
liquids.
7. Access roads should be maintained for the use of
emergency vehicles.
8. The construction trailer should be located inside the
proposed perimeter wall area of the project.
