The sales activity shall be only conducted between December 2, 1989 and December 24, 1989. 2. Access to the property on Washington Street between Highway 111 and Simon Drive is prohibited. Car parking is limited to Simon Drive. Temporary "No Parking" signs will be installed along Washington Street. 3. The City is in receipt of a $100 check for the cost of locating temporary "No Parking" signs. 4. An electrical permit must be secured from the Building Division prior to connecting to any electrical source. 5. The City is in receipt of a $100 cash refundable bond to assure site clean up. The bond will be forfeited if the site is not cleared of any Christmas tree .debris, by December 31, 1989. 6. The 16- square foot plywood (not paper) temporary sales sign can be erected on the site no sooner than December 1, 1989, and must be removed by December 22, 1989. The sign cannot be located closer than 10 -feet to the back of the sidewalk, at a height not to exceed 8 -feet. 7. Compliance with the attached Fire Department conditions is required.
