SUBJECT: PLOT PLAN NO. 89 -429; TEMPORARY SALES OFFICE FOR
RANCHO OCOTILLO DEVELOPMENT (TRACT 24517)
Dear Ms. Butler:
Your request to establish a temporary sales office on Lot 87,
Tract 24517, is approved subject to the following findings and
conditions.

1. The sales trailer is 12' X 45', and located on Lot 87 on
future Ocotillo Drive.
2. Landscaping and a surfaced parking lot pavement will be
provided.
3. The temporary sales office facility will be used for 60 to
90 days.
CONDITIONS:
1. The sales trailer is approved for a maximum of 90 days
from the date of this letter. Upon request, an extension
of up to 60 days may be granted by the Planning and
Development Department.
2. Signage for this facility is not approved as part of this
plot plan application. Signage will have to be processed
through a sign application.
3. A building permit for the trailer and temporary power is
required. Please make application to the Building
Division when you are ready to locate the trailer on the
site.
4. The trailer must be self - contained with bottled water and
a portable restroom facility.

5. A fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A10BC must
be mounted by the exit door.
6. The required water system including fire hydrants must be
in service prior to delivery of combustible material for
dwelling units.
7. The word "stop" need not be painted on the road surface.
