SUBJECT: PLOT PLAN 89 -430; ON -SITE CONSTRUCTION TRAILER AT
LAKE LA QUINTA (TT #24230)
Dear Mr. Sorenson:
This is to report approval of Plot Plan 89 -430, as referenced
above. Approval for this temporary use is subject to the
following conditions:
1. Approval of Plot Plan 89 -430 is limited to two years from
the date of this letter, after which time the use must be
terminated, unless a written request for extension is
submitted to the Planning Director within 30 -days prior
to the expiration date.
2. No signage is approved as part of this Plot Plan. Any
signage must be reviewed pursuant to Chapter 9.212 of the
La Quinta Municipal Code.
3. Applicant shall provide adequate parking for the duration
of the use of the trailer as a construction office only.
No sales or other activities are approved as part of this
Plot Plan approval.
4. Location and size of the trailer shall be as shown on the
approved Exhibit "A" (copy enclosed), as contained in the
Planning and Development Department files for Plot Plan
89 -430.
5. Address of the well site shall be changed from 47- 502 -1/2
Washington Street to 47- 800 -1/2 Washington Street.
6. Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits as required
by the City of La Quinta Building Division and Coachella
Valley Water District.
