SUBJECT: _PLOT PLAN 90-433-- ON -SITE CONTRACTOR'S TRAILER AT
TENTATIVE TRACT 24230 - LAKE LA QUINTA
Dear Mr. Reed:
This is to inform you that the above subject trailer location
is approved pursuant to compliance with the following
requirements:
1. Maintain a minimum distance of 10 -feet from the existing
trailer approved for A. G. Spanos.
2. Apply for and obtain a building permit from the Building
Division prior to installation of the trailer.
3. Approval of Plot Plan 90 -433 is limited to two years from
the date of this letter, after which time the use must be
terminated, unless a written request for extension is
submitted to the Planning Director within 30 -days prior
to the expiration date.
2. No signage is approved as part of this Plot Plan. Any
signage must be reviewed pursuant to Chapter 9.212 of the
La Quinta Municipal Code.
3. Applicant shall provide adequate parking for the duration
of the use of the trailer as a construction office only.
No sales or other activities are approved as part of this
Plot Plan approval.
4. Location and size of the trailer shall be as shown on the
approved Exhibit "A ", as contained in the Planning and
Development Department files for Plot Plan 90 -433.
