SALES OFFICE FOR DUNA LA QUINTA
Dear Mr. Ayers:
Your reque to establish a temporary sales office on Lot 4,
Tract is approved subject to Exhibit "A" and the
following findings and conditions.
FINDINGS:
1. The sales trailer is 12' X 451, and located on Lot 4 in
TT 25389. -
2. Access is taken off 50th Avenue
3. A parking area is provided.
CONDITIONS:
1. The sales trailer is approved for a maximum of 60 days
from the date of this letter. Upon request, an extension
may be granted by the Planning and Development Department
on condition that a paved parking area (with handicapped
spaces) and landscaping are provided.
2. Signage for this facility is not approved as part of this
plot plan application. Signage will have to be processed
through a sign application.
3. A building permit for the trailer and temporary power is
required. Please make application to the Building
Division when you are ready to locate the trailer on the
site.
4. The trailer must be self- contained with bottled water and
a portable restroom facility.

5. A fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2AlOBC must
be mounted by the exit door.
6. An unobstructed width of 20 -feet shall be provided at the
