Dear Ms. Blake,
The Tradition Architectural Design Review Committee (ARRC) reviewed your request to
enclose the outdoor patio at their meeting on August 7, 2014. The project was approved as
submitted; however, it was noted that the structure extends slightly into the side yard setback.
As the existing structure is not being expanded the committee will not require a variance
submittal in conjunction with the remodel request.
