Dear Mr. Thompson:
Your request to establish a temporary sales office on the
corner of Miles Avenue and Dune Palms Road, Tract 22982, in
accordance with Exhibit A, is approved subject to the following
findings and conditions:
FINDINGS•
1. The sales unit is 17' X 171.
2. Landscaping and parking lot pavement improvements will be
provided.
3. The temporary sales office facility will be used for
approximately 90 days.
4. Restroom facilities have been provided.
5. The sales office will be moved to the model home complex
area once those buildings have been completed.
CONDITIONS:
1. A building permit for the trailer and temporary power is
required. Please make application to the Building
Division.
2. Fire protection requirements will be addressed when the
building plans are reviewed. A plan check fee must be
paid to the Fire Department at the time the building
plans are submitted.
3. No access will be allowed from Miles Avenue.

Palm more suitable for this area.
5. The sales trailer is approved for a maximum of 90 days
from the date Condition No. 1 is achieved. An extension
of up to 60 days may be granted by the Planning and

plot plan application. Signage will have to be processed
through a sign application.

PLOT PLAN .
1. Nothing in these plans shall relieve the contractor from obtaining permits
as required by the City of La Quinta Minicipal Code.
3. The- locations of existing underground utilities are shown in an approximate
` way only. The contractor shall determine the exact location of all existing
utilities before commencing work. He agrees to be fully responsible for any
and all damages which might be occasioned by his - failure to exactly locate
and preserve any and all underground utilities.
4. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal, replacement or relocation
of all regulatory, warning and guide signs.
5. Street name signs and traffic control signs, type and location shall be
approved by the City Engineer. Traffic striping, legends and pavement
