Dear Ms. Williams:
We have reviewed your application for a temporary real estate sales trailer for 78 -950
La Palma Drive. Based on this review we hereby approve it subject to the following
conditions:
1. The trailer shall be removed within 60 days.
2. The trailer shall be located 15 feet from the existing street curb and no
obstruction shall occur in the City's public right -of -way. The City's right -
of -way is ten feet behind the street curb in this area.
3. No construction debris or construction trucks shall be stored on the lot.
4. A temporary power pole permit shall be obtained from the Building and Safety
Department. Their offices are located on 52nd Avenue.
5. All cars and /or trucks coming to and from the site shall park on the public
street.
