The trailer shall be handicap accessible. 2. A building permit is required for the trailer and for temporary power. Please make an application to. the Building Department for the above. 3. The trailer must be self- contained with bottled water and a portable restroom facility. 4. The access road should be maintained to an acceptable standard for use by emergency vehicles. 5. Box 1504 La Quinta, CA 92253 Dear Mr. Trousdell: We wish to obtain a temporary use permit (approximately six months) for a trailer. The trailer will be used for a Real Estate Sales Office while we are in the process of selling the last remaining six homes. The trailer will be placed within the subdivision, Cactus Flower South, Tract 22982, on Lot 68. The address of Lot 68 is 79 -575 Star Flower Trail. There is no construction on Lot 68, and the lot will be bladed off and clean of debris. The trailer will be placed'15 feet in back of the curb. A picture of the proposed trailer and site plan is enclosed as well as the $155.00 temporary use permit fee. We would like to have the trailer in place by January 13, 1992. I have asked Vicky Johns.of Fairway Realty to coordinate with the City in obtaining the required permits. Please call her at 345- 2843 if you require additional information.
