SUBJECT: PLOT PLAN 92 -486: TEMPORARY SALES TRAILER ON
(PAINTED COVE SITE) AT MOUNTAIN SHADOWS ROAD AND
BIG HORN TRAIL
Dear Mr. Dodson:
Your application for a temporary sales trailer is hereby
approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The trailer shall be handicap accessible pursuant to the
y requirements of the Building Department and the State of
California.
2. A building permit is required for the trailer and for
a temporary power. Please make an application to the
Building Department for the above.
3. A fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A10BC shall
- be mounted by each exit door of the trailer.
4. Permits for the storage and /or dispersing of any
flammable or combustible material shall be obtained from
re °b the Fire Department.
5. The trailer shall be allowed to remain during on -site
construction.
6. The premises shall be kept clean at all times and left in
a clean state after completion of the project.
7. The trailer shall be skirted with a material similar in
color and texture to the exterior of the trailer.
8. Temporary landscaping shall be installed around the
perimeter of the trailer. A landscape plan shall be
submitted to Staff for review and approval prior to
on -site installation of any plant material.

9. All security lights shall be tamper resistant and hooded

10. A permit fee of $75.00 shall be paid to the Planning and
Development Department at the time the
permit is issued.
The trailer shall be allowed to remain for six months. An
extension to this request may be permitted

and approval by the Planning Director.
