SUBJECT: PLOT PLAN 92 -487: TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION TRAILER ON
WASHINGTON STREET (TDC SITE), JUST NORTH OF HIGHWAY 111
Dear Sirs:
Your application for a temporary construction trailer is hereby
approved subject to the following conditions:
1. A building permit is required for the trailer and for
temporary power. Please make an application to the Building
Department for the above.
2. The trailer must be self - contained with bottled water and
include restroom facilities within or near by.
3. A fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A10BC shall be
mounted by each exit door of the trailer.
4. Permits for the storage and /or dispersing of any flammable or
combustible material shall be obtained from the Fire
Department.
5. The trailer shall be allowed to remain during on -site
construction.
6. The premises shall be kept clean at all time and left in a
clean state after completion of the project.
7. All security lights shall be tamper resistant and hooded to
reduce light glare onto Highway 111, a major thoroughfare.
8. Access to trailer shall be limited to the existing Washington
Street access.
The trailer shall be allowed to remain for six months. An
extension to this request may be permitted subject to review and
approval by the Planning Director.
