application for a temporary construction trailer is hereby
approved
subject to the following conditions:
1.
A building permit is required for the trailer and for

temporary power. Please make an application to the Building
Department for the above.

2.
The trailer must be self- contained with bottled water and
include restroom facilities within or near by.
3.
A fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A10BC shall be

mounted by each exit door of the trailer.
4.
Permits for the storage and /or dispersing of any flammable or
combustible material shall be obtained from the Fire

Department.

5.
The trailer shall be allowed to remain during on -site
construction.
6.
The premises shall be kept clean at all time and left in a
clean state after completion of the project.
7.
All security lights shall be tamper resistant and hooded to
reduce light glare onto Highway 111, a major thoroughfare.
8.
Access to trailer shall be limited to the existing Washington
