reason; (Sec. 7031.5.Business and Professions Code: Any city or county which requires a
permit to construct, alter, improve, demolish, or repair any structure. prior to its issuance also
requires the applicant for such permit to file a signed statement that he is licensed pursuant to
the provisions of the Contractor's License Law. Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 7000) of
Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code. or that he is exempt therefrom, and the basis
for the alleged exemption. Any violation of Section 7031.5 by any applicant for a permit
subjects the applicant to a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars ($500).

SUBJECT: PLOT PLAN 93 -507 FOR STORAGE BUILDING
Dear Mr. Reese:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your request for approval of a plot plan application to allow
a storage building on your .property. We have been waiting for photographs of the unapproved
construction to complete the elevations for your submittal. To date we have not yet received
them. Additionally, we do not know where your residence is in relationship to the plans you
submitted. The site plan should include your entire property and all buildings on the property.
We understand your property consists of more than just one piece of land. We need to know
precisely which parcels of land you own or are leasing.
It should be noted that we need this information as .soon as possible in order to complete
processing of your application.: We will need at least ten copies of your revised site plan and
photographs. If the plans can be copies (81h X 11 ", 81h X 14 ", or 11" X 17 ") we can make the
necessary copies if one clear well drawn set of plans is submitted. Please submit the needed
information within ten days.
Should you have any questions' concerning this matter, please feel free to contact the
