SUBJECT: PLOT PLAN 93- 508f(EXISTING CONSTRUCTION TRAILER FOR
THE CARL"'S JR. RESTAURANT CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION)
Dear Mr. Wean:
This department hereby approves the location of the existing temporary construction
trailer at 78 -672 Highway 111 provided the following conditions are met:
1. The trailer and associated improvements are in accordance with Exhibits "A ",
"B", and "C".
2. A building permit is required for the trailer and for temporary power (contact
the Building and Safety Department) .
3. The trailer must be self - contained with bottled water'and a portable restroom
facility.
4. The adjacent roads should be maintained to an acceptable standard for use by
emergency vehicles.
5. A fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A10BC must be mounted by each
exit door- of the trailer.
6. Permits for the storage and /or dispersing of any flammable or combustible
liquid shall be obtained from the Fire Department.
7. The construction trailer shall be removed when construction of the restaurant
is complete or within three (3) months.
8. No storage of debris, lumber, building materials, etc. shall occur_ on the
trailer site except within the trailer unit.
9. The trailer shall be located on private property and we will need a. letter. from
the property owner stating the trailer is permitted.
10. The trailer shall be skirted so that the undercarriage and trailer wheels are
not visible from public view.
11. The Application fee of $75.00 shall be paid by September 17, 1993 or the
existing trailer shall be removed by September 24, 1993.

In conclusion, the Fire Marshal did not have time to comment on your case, therefore
Mr. Hutchinson might visit your site to require additional fire safety measures other
than what is noted herein.
