The net and gross square footage for each proposed use and building. 6. The square footage allocated for sidewalks /walkways, parking, landscaping, and building. 7. If the application requires a public hearing: a. One complete set of colored renderings for the elevations, plot plan and landscape plan. b. A list of the names and addresses of all owners of real property located within 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the property to be considered, as shown on the last equalized.assessment roll and any update issued by the City Assessor. The development of this site shall be in conformance with the exhibits contained in the file, unless otherwise amended by the following conditions. 2. The approved plot plan shall be used within one year; otherwise it shall become null and void and of no effect whatsoever. 3. Any temporary signage for the project shall be approved by the Community Development Department. 4. The approval period shall be for six months from the start of use and shall be subject to extension by the Planning and Development Director. 5. The applicant shall obtain applicable approvals from the County Fire Marshall, public utilities, etc. as needed. 6. The applicant shall obtain a building permit for the temporary trailer. 7. The applicant shall provide a "Door to remain open during business hours" sign to be located above the main doorway into the sales trailer or model complex. 8. A fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A10BC shall be mounted by each exit door of each trailer. 9. Permits for the storage and /or dispersing of any flammable or combustible material shall be obtained from the Fire Marshal. 10. The premises shall be dept clean at all times and left in a clean state after removal of the trailer. 11. All security lights shall be tamper resistant and hooded and adjusted to minimize light glare onto nearby homes. 12. Plans for any fencing and /or blocking access to Doral Street must be submitted to the Fire Department and Engineering Department for review and approval. 13. The trailer shall not be parked in the street unless approved by the City Fire Marshal and City Engineer.
