Since the Washington Street Apartments were not located in La Quinta when they were corstructed, we don't
have this information on file. I thought I'd pass along the construction final dates for you to add to Building's files
for the WSA. You never know when it will come in handy. I did not ask for the building records for the WSA; I
only needed the dates the apartments were finaled.
