Dear Mr. Sanson:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for
two permanent business identification signs at 46-480 Washington St. Suite1, as shown in
the attached exhibit. The approval is subject to the. following conditions:
1. This sign permit grants two 'permanent internally -illuminated acrylic -faced
channel letter signs with a backplate outline, each located on the north and
south building elevations and shall not exceed 22.90 square feet each. Materials
for the signs are per the approved plans on file with the Community
Development Department.
2. If required, a building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety
Department prior to installation of the sign.
I have enclosed three stamped approved copies of the plans. Two are for your submittal to
the Building & Safety Department and the. other is for your records..
