JONATHAN'S CLEANERS
Dear Mr. Swindel:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved. your request for two
permanent illuminated signs for Jonathan's Cleaners, located at 46-480 Washington Street, Suite 3,
within Washington Park. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit is for two building -mounted illuminated channel letter signs. The sign
materials and location are per approved plans on file with the Community Development
Department.
2. Both the South and North. elevation sign shall read "Jonathan's Cleaners" and shall not
exceed twenty five (25) square feet in area each. The combined area for the two signs shall
not exceed fifty (50) square feet in area.
3. The sign letters and sign size shall conform to the.approved Sign Program for
Washington .Park. (SA 2003-682)..
4. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation
of the signs.
