The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one building.-
mounted,
uilding-mounted, illuminated channel letter sign ("BAKERY"), at 46480 Washington Street
Suite #1 in the Washington Park commercial center. The approval is subject to the
following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one illuminated permanently mounted building
identification sign. The letter height will not exceed 22 inches and the total
square footage for the sign will be approximately 19.25 square feet.
2. The building will be mounted on the west building elevation as shown on the
exhibit.
3. The sign shall conform to the approved sign program for Washington: Park
(SA 2003-682).
