The approval is subject to the following Conditions: 1. This sign permit is for two building -mounted internally -illuminated channel letter sign. The sign size, materials, and location are per approved plans. on file with the Planning Department. 2. Each Port of Subs sign shall not exceed twenty-five (25j' square feet in area. 3.
