Dear Mr. Romero:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one permanent illuminated
sign for Bouchee Fine Foods, located at 46-660 Washington Street, Suite 2, within Washington
Park. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit is for one building -mounted internally -illuminated channel letter sign. The
sign size, materials, illumination, and location are per approved plans on file with the
Planning Department.
2. The sign shall not exceed thirty-five (35) square feet in area.
3. The transformer for the sign shall be installed inside the building and the power shall run thru
a conduit on top of the trellis to the sign location. The conduit shall be painted to match the
trellis and all wall penetrations shall be patched and painted to match the existing building
color.
4.' The sign letters, sign size and location shall conform to the approved Sign Program for
Washington Park. (SA 2003-682).
5. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation
of the signs.
