Subject: Temporary Use Permit 2005-528 (Temporary. Modular Office for Greg
Norman Homes)
Dear Mr. Spinello:
Pursuant to Zoning Comae- ction '9.100.180, the Community Development
Department has approved your request for a temporary rriodular office for use by
Greg Norman Homes while their permanent on-site office space is being completed in
the La Quinta Professional Plaza at the southeast corner of Washington Street and
Avenue 47. Approval is pursuant to the enclosed plans and subject to the following
conditions:
1. Obtain a building permit including a permit for temporary power and other
utilities, as needed, prior to setting modular office on site.
2. The modular office shall have restroom facilities to accommodate personnel or
off-site facilities that are readily available.
;.3. Mounted on the exterior of the modular office and facing the street shall be an
address per Code requirements and close to the front door written notice
providing emergency personnel your 24-hour emergency phone number they
can call in case problems arise that require your prompt attention (i.e.,
minimum 1 " high letters).
4. Install one 2A10BC fire extinguisher inside the trailer by the front exit door. '
5. No business identification signs are approved unless separately approved by
this Department.

6. This approval is valid for a: maximum 90. days from' he date of this letter for.
Greg Norman Homes. Removal of the temporary modular office from the
project site is required within 14 days of vacation of the office by Greg Norman
Homes. • The site shall be cleaned with all debris related to the modular office
removed from the project site area.
7. Any permits required by the Public Works Departmer t shall be obtained prior to
any work proceeding..
8. The City may elect to add - Conditions or requirements to this application
approval to mitigate any problems that arise not previously addressed herein.,
9.. As required - by Zoning Code Section 9.100.180C.; a cash deposit of $1000
shall beheld by the City to ensure removal of the modular office as required
above. Upon request by the applicant the deposit shall be refunded after
removal of the office and clean-up is completed.
This decision. may be appealed to the Planning Commission provided the necessary
paperwork and filing fee of, $175.00 are filed with this office, within 15 days.
