Dear Mr. Mohler:
In regards to the above subject, this Department has approved your application to install
one building -mounted, business identification sign (approved as Exhibits A and B,
enclosed). This appr.oval.is subject to theJollowing conditions:.
1. This. approval is limited .to.one building mounted, business identification sign; to
be designed and constructed in 'accordance with the approved Exhibits for SA
2004-821, •and. to be located .as set forth in the approved Sign Program for La
Quinta Professional Plaza (SA 2003-746). All aspects of -the sign not specified in
the approved Exhibits A & B shall conform to the criteria approved under the Sign
Program, except as modified under this approval.
2. The applicant is responsible for proper sign maintenance and compliance with
other general sign standards as set forth in the City's sign code (Section
9.160.030), as well as procuring any required building permit(s).

3. Installation of the signs shall comply with the approved Exhibits A and B, and the
applicable provisions of the La Quinta Professional Plaza approval under Specific
Plan 2000-049 and the approved Sign Program (SA 2003-746).
4. The existing banner sign shall be removed upon completing installation of the
permanent sign. For this purpose, installation -shall mean any mounting of the
actual. signg co -

This decision! may. be .appealed, to.' ,the•Planning Commission pursuant. to Section
9.200.120,9.200.120, provided the application requirements of said Section are met within 15
days from the date of this letter. The filing fee for an appeal application is $175.00
