SUBJECT: SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION 2013-1716: HOMESMART PROFESSIONALS
Dear Ks. Quinn:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for two
permanently -mounted business identification signs for "HOMESMART PROFESSIONALS",
at 47-060 Washington Street, Ste. 5101, within the La Quinta Professional Plaza. The
approval is subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1 . This sign permit grants one permanent, building -mounted, illuminated channel letter
identification sign for "HomeSmart Professionals" on the building's south -facing
elevation. The maximum sign letter height shall not exceed seventeen (17) inches;
the overall sign height shall not exceed twenty-two (22) inches. The total sign area
shall not exceed twelve (12) square feet.
2. This sign permit grants one permanent, building -mounted, illuminated channel letter
identification sign for "HomeSmart Professionals' on the building's north -facing
elevation. The maximum sign letter height shall not exceed seventeen (17) inches;
the overall sign height shall not exceed twenty-two (22) inches. The total sign area
shall not exceed twelve (12) square feet.
3. The materials and location for the sign are per the approved plans on file with the
Community Development Department. If necessary, a building permit shall be
obtained prior to any work on the signs being started.
