Dear Ms. Cross:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your
request for one (1,) permanent building -mounted non -illuminated channel letter
sign, located at 47100 Washington Street within the La Quinta Professional
Plaza, to be placed on the south building elevation for Suite 204.
The sign (as revised on 2/2/15) has been found to conform to the approved sign -
program for La Quinta Professional Plaza. The approval is subject to the
following Conditions:
1. This sign approval grants 'one(1) non -illuminated, building mounted
business identification sign. The total square footage for the sign shall be
no greater than 15 square feet for the double-line text, and 9 square feet
for the logo, as called out in the revised Exhibit A-1, as approved for SA
2015-0003.
2. The materials, design and installation for the sign shall be per the
approved Exhibit A-2 on file with the Community Development
Department. If necessary, a building permit shall ,be obtained prior. to any
work on the sign being started.
