Dear Mr. Saindon:
The Planning Commission on October '10, 2000 approved your application to permit the temporary
parking lot and lighting for 3 years, expiring on December 8, 2003. The conditions of approval are
attached, for your files.
Any interested person may appeal the decision of the Commission to the City Council by filing an
appeal within 15 calendar days of the Commission action which is October 25,. 2000 by 5:00 p. m.

1. The Minor Use. Permit is valid for three years from the -date of the Planning-
Commission'.

2. No temporary.signs are permitted unless separately approved by the

3. All utility lines for the parking lot shall be underground.

4. Six -security light poles, with two light boxes per pole having fully shielded.

on a 2 foot above grade base) are permitted,: All. light fixtures will be
designed to prevent light/glare from being -cast onto adjacent properties or
affecting the vision of passing -motorists.
5. Public street improvements will be required when the permanent parking lot
is installed.
6. The City may elect to ;add conditions to this :application request to mitigate
any problems that arise not previously_ addressed herein.
