SUBJECT: SIGN PERMIT 2000-506 (LA QUINTA VILLAS)
Dear Mr. Bonanfant:
The Community Development -Department approves your, request to,-install two
permanent monument signs measuring 42 inches high by .8 feet long with raised
lettering at 49-031 Washington Street pursuant to the following conditions being met:
1 Prior to site installation, please obtain a- building permit from the Building and
Safety Department. They can be reached at 760-777-7012.
2. Prior to obtaining a building permit, the applicant shall acquire from the Code
Compliance Department numbered identification stickers to be placed on the
signs during their *installation.
3. That the existing project identification sign is removed prior to completion of the
new signs.
